Apply here for your 2012 New York State Region 2, 3 or 4 trout Stocking Permit.

Fish or fish eggs shall not be placed in any waters of the New York State unless a permit is first obtained from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC). To obtain your Region 2, Region 3 or Region 4 permit, please complete the form below.

Region 3 includes the following counties:
- Dutchess
- Orange
- Putnam
- Rockland
- Sullivan
- Ulster
- Westchester

Region 4 includes the following counties:
- Albany
- Columbia
- Delaware
- Greene
- Montgomery
- Otsego
- Rensselaer
- Schenectady
- Schoharie
